Waterbird Studios currently offers Free Standard Shipping (7-10 days) to all US customers. 

NOTE: All products available on www.waterbirdstudios.com are printed and fulfilled at the time your order is placed. Allow 2-7 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped. 

WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO? 
Our U.S. website (www.waterbirdstudios.com) delivers to the U.S. at no charge. Canada orders will have a $4.00 additional shipping fee. 

EVERY ORDER IS TRACKED TO YOUR DOOR 
For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with a tracking number straight to your door. You can easily track your order on the relevant courier website with the information tracking code we automatically send to you on your order confirmation.

CHOOSING YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS
Free Shipping is offered to all customers in the U.S., Free Shipping will be your only selection unless you are shipping to Canada.

As soon as your item has shipped (allow 2 to 7 business days) the tracking link will be sent to you in a confirmation email that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery. 

WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT? 
If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us at info@waterbirdstudios.com. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
